To actively engage with the IEDC JCET community across platforms by responding to queries, DMs, and comments, and to manage all WhatsApp content posting.

• Respond to direct messages (DMs) on:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • X (Twitter)

• Reply to comments and engagement queries on IEDC’s posts.

• Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all interactions.

• Handle posting of event updates, announcements, and campaigns on IEDC’s official WhatsApp groups and channels.

• Ensure messages are concise, clear, and timely.

• Manage all the IEDC Whatsapp Groups

• Share important queries or feedback with the Executive Director – Platform Management or the concerned team.

• Schedule or post on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or Telegram

• Create content or visuals

• Handle analytics or performance tracking
