Reports to:

Executive Director – Content Creation

Role Overview:

To design all visual content for IEDC JCET including posters, banners, brochures, and social media graphics — especially for events, hackathons, and special campaigns.

Design Graphic Posts for Social Media

Create posters, carousels, stories, and reels covers for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.
Ensure designs match IEDC JCET’s branding and color standards.

Event & Hackathon Visuals

Design event-specific visuals like banners, certificates, badges, backdrops, and brochures.
Deliver high-quality graphics on time for events like hackathons, startup fests, bootcamps, etc.

Special Occasion Designs

Create on-demand visuals for days like National Startup Day, Women’s Day, Innovation Day, etc.
Work with the Content and Event Teams for timely requirements.

Collaboration & Feedback

Coordinate with the Content Creator and Script Writer to align design with message.
Accept and implement feedback from the Executive Director – Content Creation

File Organization & Delivery

Submit editable source files (PSD/AI/Canva) and export versions (PNG, PDF, etc.)
Organize assets in shared folders for easy access.
